SUMMARY

What we do

You may have heard of fitness bootcamps.  It's basically what we do here... with the occasional inclusion of games and team relays for fun.  Get fit with a community that sweats through the challenges with you.  The lead instructor pulls most of your drills and exercises from his experience as a special operations member in the US military.  He's serious about his new mission to help you meet your weight and fitness goals.

Schedule
Camps come in two-month segments with a week break between each.  You may join in with us on any day of the week.  Choose what membership is best for you to look and feel great and we'll take care of the details.  See packages/ join page to see your options.

Mon – Friday
5:30 – 6:20 am / 5:30 – 6:20 pm (no Friday afternoon class)
